With a deep-rooted passion for lighthouses, Carter has developed an ardent admiration for their historical significance and their vital role in shaping the nation's maritime heritage.

Growing up in Maine, surrounded by the scenic coastal landscape, Carter developed an affinity for lighthouses at a young age. Fascinated by their storied past and the crucial service they provided to mariners, Carter's appreciation for these beacons of light continued to grow over the years.

Among the numerous lighthouses that dot the Maine coastline, Carter's favorite is Boon Island Lighthouse, a solitary tower standing defiantly amidst the turbulent waters. However, Carter also holds a special place in their heart for the Cape Elizabeth Twin Lights.
